Gallery goers spoilt for choice

— January 2013

Associated media

William Day, after Guillaume Franquinet, The Italian Boy, 1831. From Doctors, Dissection and Resurrection Men, Museum of London

As we get into the new year, there is no shortage of exhibitions to visit. If you are in Paris in the next week or so, don't miss Edward Hopper at the Grand Palais (until 28 January) or Chaim Soutine at the Orangerie (until 21 January). In London, you may need a strong stomach for Doctors, Dissection and Resurrection Men at the Museum of London, so perhaps you would prefer to be 'Seduced by Art' at the National Gallery.

Menthe Wells in LA promises a gentle, synaesthetic experience. In New York you will have to be quick to catch Wade Guyton at the Whitney - show closes today (13 January)
